Set against the backdrop of the noble Shawangunk Mountain and bordering the Wallkill River, New Paltz Golf Course was recently named "Best 9 Hole Course in the Hudson Valley" by GolfLink.com. The course lies about 90 minutes north of NYC, in one of the most beautiful settings along the Hudson River near the town of Poughkeepsie. New Paltz draws local and out-of-towners alike, looking to get away for a peaceful day or weekend of activities. Put us on your 'Places to Play' list. Our gorgeous 9 Hole Golf Course is open to the Public year-round, weather permitting. With a total length of 3460 yards from the blue tees, the championship style layout plays to a Par 36, presenting a challenge for even the finest golfer. However, shorter yardage played from the white and/or ladies tees make the course a pleasurable golfing experience for all who enjoy the game. Public Tee Times are welcomed year-round, and golfers are able to play twice for a total of 18 Holes if desired.
